glass building act strange #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. turn on glass buildings

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the textures rotate really fast around the buildings.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.011 vista 64 radeon 4870 Q6600
