This PR depends on #102 (Collection mini refactor) that prepares the work.

Steps:

[x] Extract index code from model.py, fields.py and collection.py into a new indexes.py
[x] Test with more than one index, but still simple indexes
[x] Add text range index
[x] Use redis lua scripting
[x] Add number range index
[x] Write documentation
[x] Complete date/time index as an example of what is possible [see #103]
