We tested this and are unable to replicate it. Perhaps your java was still running when you updated the system time and did not interpret your updated system time correctly? We follow java's interpretation of today. Either way, we do not expect the user's system to travel extensively through time while running the application. Additionally the instructions for testing Outdated room number was provided in the DG.

Reason for disagreement: Hi, thank you for your response.
I changed my system time only to test the feature, not to simulate a user travelling through time. Since you all have chosen to specify a weirdly specific date of 5th to 12th April, I had to change my system time to before those dates to test the feature. However, on editing the room number before that date, I expect to see the Room Number Outdated symbol but I do not see it.
I think your developer guide also does not explain about this feature as I do not find it in your manual testing section.
I changed my system time to 29-02-2024, which is before the date specified and edited the person's room number. I believe this should cause the room number outdated symbol to appear as I edited it before 5 Apr to 12 Apr, but it did not appear when I changed my system time back to todays date. Quite confused by this, perhaps elaborate more on this feature in the UG?
