support common flex component styles in CSSSkin #52

We need to take a look at creating ghost styles for the most common Flex 
component styles used.

These include borderStyle, borderThickness, borderSides, and probably a few 
more. The ghost 
styles shouldn't be in the CSSSkin metadata as they're not really standard CSS, 
but it will help 
support developers who need to do inline overrides for style elements.
