[BUG] Cannot see everything in powertoys after install this plugin #86

Describe the bug First I try to install by Chocolatey, but failed, it shows cannot enable everything plugin when I start powertoy. Then I delete all files in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\PowerToys, and reinstall it. Then I try Manual Installation (download zip, extract to appdata folder and restart PT)

Expected behavior Expected to see everything in powertoys, but I cannot find it in left side (see following screenshot)

Additional context After startup powertoys, folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\PowerToys\everything is used by powertoys. Looks like powertoys has loaded plugin but I dont know why it cannot show in the UI

I made a rookie mistake, it's actually a plugin for powertoy run image
