PDF Renders with crazy colors (looks like RGB ordering issue) #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open: http://rideforrefuge.org/tools/maps/waterloo_50v3.pdf (also attached)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect: background to be white (all colors are off)
Actual (on chrome stable): background is pink, red is green, blue is black, etc
Actual (on canary): doesn't render at all. multiple pages of blank white page!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS X 10.9.4.
Chrome 37.0.2062.124
Also tested on Canary 40.0.2176.0 canary (64-bit) and

I can't find the bug related to this in the Chromium bug tracker at the moment, 
but I think this is fixed.

Just tried opening the linked pdf, and it now loads as 5 blank pages on both 
Chrome Canary and Chrome Stable.

That regressed in http://crrev.com/287263. We'll need to get the PDF to display 
again before coming back to this bug.

I filed http://crbug.com/453723 for the page rendering blank. Once that's 
fixed, we can come back to this.

Mac Canary 42.0.2307.0 should render JPX images in PDFs again. Can you check 
again and see if the crazy colors are still happening? The PDF renders fine on 
a Mac here.
