This issue is to discuss how to integrate FAIR principles (findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability) in the pyLossless pipeline. BIDS generally complies with FAIR principles (provided that the data are made accessible). I think we just need to make sure that the output of the pipeline checks all the boxes of the FAIR principles and maybe it would require some interactions with the BIDS community to integrate our annotations with BIDS. That may end-up interaction with things like HED-Tags...
