PyLossless and Citizen Science

This issue is about the development of features allowing to deploy PyLossless for Citizen Science.

Features I envisioned to be necessary:

• Easy way to serve the QC interface
• User login (to track who created what annotations)
• Sending and querying annotations from a server

For the login, I'll explore the solution in https://www.analyticsvidhya.com/blog/2021/05/create-login-page-in-dash-library/ and will create a "collaborative" option for the kind argument of the get_app function.
