Invitee is not added to Twake

Steps:

1. User A login Twake
2. User A goes to Workspace Settings >> Users
3. User A add email B to invite
4. User B check email and create account
5. User B check email and set pasword to verify email

Expected result:

• User B's accoun is active and can use Twake

Actual result:

• User B's account is active in Console
• User B can't use Twake as Twake is not automatically added to user B's account
• When user A check list of users in Twake, user B's email is shown as pending email

On my side this only happen when the user is manually removed from Twake in the console. Then any further invitation in Twake workspace will fail until the console enable Twake for this user again. Do you confirm ?

No the user under test has never been removed from Twake in the console. It seems like it happens when number of users exceed maximum number of paid user in the subscription
