We have: user A (latest version of the app you sent me) and user B (the next-to-last version). Not sure whether info on versions is important but just in case
Both users use mobile app
User B goes online and then leaves the app but user A keeps seeing user B as "online". As I'm testing, user B had their app closed for 10 minutes already, they still appear online
User B closing the tab of the app doesn't help, only fixed by user A reloading the app
