STATUS: Status indicator requires desktop browser hard refresh #952

Describe the bug The user status indicator times out and requires a full-refresh in order to reactivate the user status.

To Reproduce NOTE: This appears to impact both the Microsft Edge and Chrome desktop browsers. Status appears to be accurately reflected on Mozilla.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login to Twake
  2. Put browser and/or tab into the background
  3. Wait 30 minutes
  4. Turn back to the previously opened browser/tab and you'll see the "Green" (or online) status moved to "Gray" (or offline).
  5. Refresh the browser, and the status goes back to green.

Expected behavior When turning back to dormant browser or tab, the user status should turn to "Green" (or online)
