WIP: Lint them all #14

Just for the apero, setting lint and more. It reuse eslint rules from ESN repository https://github.com/linagora/openpaas-esn/blob/master/.eslintrc.json.

Build is available at https://travis-ci.com/github/chamerling/esn-frontend-common-libs

Once everything is fixed, we can also configure webpack to use it.

Will add prettier for the next apero.
