The tree view cannot display when there has a sub folder for the default mailboxes #303

Before: Cannot display the folder tree when a special folder has a child
After fixing: The child of a special folder displays as a parent folder in the tree (see `folder_openpaas.png`)

I don't think the solution is appropriate. Looking at the tree, we don't know the child belongs to which parent. In another case, when deleting a folder on Thunderbird, the deleted folder becomes the child of Trash. On OpenPaas, the deleted folder displays as a normal folder in the folder tree. (see deleted_folder.png) deleted_folder

I expect the child of special folder should display under its parent (see folder_thunderbird.png) folder_thunderbird

Hello @tlle14,

Thanks for the feedback, we are agree it's a first version to fix the need.

We will improve the display like Thunderbird (your screenshot). This will be certainly done in to the next sprint.
