Demo POC JMAP delegation:

• Andre session object only contains his accountId by default
• BOB can use Delegate/set create to allow ANDRE access his account
• ANDRE can retrieve delegatedAccount ids in his session object
• ANDRE can retrieve delegatedAccount ids using DelegateAccount/get
• ANDRE can access BOB's JMAP APIs (JMAP APIs, eventsource, websocket, webpush, upload, download), here demo only upload API
