[Antora] [PGSQL] Add Run section to postgresql doc

Add the run section to the postgresql doc, similar to distributed here: https://james.staged.apache.org/james-distributed-app/3.8.1/run/index.html

Refactor the distributed run section with the followings as partials:

• Run with Java / Docker: Use attributes for terms difference between distributed and postgresql

Regarding Run with K8S: no K8S contributions so far for pg-app in James, so let's skip this subsection for now

Make sure the distributed doc is still the same after refactoring.
