It is very hard to diagnose and reproduce user issues on mobile as those platform lacks logs / diagnostic information.
(Browser console allows easy access to those information on web.)
We wishes that a user encountering a painful bug have a easy way to send those information to Twake mail developers.
How?
In the Twake mail settings on mobile, have a "Diagnostic" sections:
[ ] Toogle debugging mode on/off. A text explains this option: Debugging mode allows recording important actions and information that you can later share with application developers and would help reproducing your issues. Debugging mode might take storage space and might slightly slow down the application.
[ ] Send my debugging information by email. If clicked opens a composer with my log file attached to it. User would need to add the mail address himself (likely given by support team). Body of the email shall be prefilled with device information: OS, OS version, application version minimum. Also a Please describe your problem 'here': section is visible and invites the user to give more details.
