VN translation #233

Provide VN translation for TDrive...

=> @shepilov please provide @dieptran88 on how to do this...

@dieptran88 this is file with vn translations I guess tdrive/frontend/public/locales/vi.json you can add and modify is compare to en.json in the same directory

@dieptran88 I've created brunch for this feature

git fetch origin
git checkout 233-vn-translation

And I'll enable vn lang there to be able to look how the text will look on UI
