There should be a command to run Reviews

Current status: You can only run a review by clicking an icon in the app ribbon

Why is this an issue? I use the Hider Plugin to hide the app ribbon. It declutters the UI and provides more screen real estate.

I have implemented this feature. Please upgrade to version 1.1.3.
