Fix kexec #34

These patches a) fix a cosmetic comment issue and, more importantly, b) allow OP-TEE to continue working after kexec.

By the way, we'll drop the platform device in the next version of the driver (due to comments during the v14 review).

So long as shutdown is handled, kexec will work, and my customer will be happy.
