- [ ] User functionality test (i.e. test uploading different versions of a dataset)
- [ ] End-to-end CI test

For DANDI:000002, when I published this dataset the version 0.240105.0523 is created, but a draft version still exists. This seems to behave the same way on dandiarchive.org, see Issue #1727.
