Clear divisions warnings in docs #410

There are many cases in the docs where data is loaded and divisions are not set, I think some of these may be the result of #383. We should go through and try to set divisions in all such cases.

One thing to look out for is I think divisions have become a bit trickier to set with dask-expr when npartitions=1.
