Font Attribution

It's very nice, thanks for writing this package. I discussed with Peli from Microsoft about us making this into a MakeCode package but we never got round to it, so thanks for mopping up this work.

However, attribution to my original font design would be appreciated.

The font name WhaleySans was coined by Philip Meitiner, and I adopted it on his suggestion, attribution here: https://github.com/PragmaticPhil/microbit_2ColFont
