Thank you for your inputs. The requirements you gave are broad. Would you help us narrow it down? First, kindly share to us the data included in a 2316 file, as well as samples of the bank remittance format.

Sorry, what I meant was 1604C dat files look here: https://www.bir.gov.ph/images/bir_files/downloadables/alphalist/RMC%20No.%207-2021%20Annex%20B.pdf and https://www.bir.gov.ph/images/bir_files/downloadables/alphalist/RMC%20No.%207-2021%20Annex%20A.pdf

But it will also be very helpful if you can generate Form 2316 PDF for each employee https://www.bir.gov.ph/images/bir_files/taxpayers_service_programs_and_monitoring_1/2316%20Sep%202021%20ENCS_Final_corrected.pdf

As for the bank formats, you can ask the banks like BDO, MBTC, BPI. among these banks BPI is the more complicated. The format is used for uploading Employees net payroll.
