Addressing issue #5

Let me know if you have a different opinion about adding a pytest.ini file or it's configurations

I merged this, but I'd prefer the config to be added to pyproject.toml if you're interested in updating it https://docs.pytest.org/en/7.1.x/reference/customize.html#pyproject-toml
