Filter to remove or fix obviously erroneous data #20

Request:

How can I make a filter that eg doesn't allow "erroneous" data that gives me eg
speeds upto 100km/h while it was a cycling session that couldn't go faster than
eg 40km/h ?

I use the default filter which filters "unreliable" data... but it doesn't seem
to work?

the device i use is a Kalenji Geonaute

Hello,

there is no such filter for now. UnreliablePoints filter out points is specific
to OnMove / Kalenji 300 & 700 that seem to indicate for some points that the
GPS signal was not reliable.

The idea of developping a filter that would try to detect erroneous points is
interesting. Could you please provide an example of such a session ? If you
don't want it to be public, you can send it to me by mail.

I have some rough ideas of how to do it but I'd like to have some test cases to
verify if they work well.

Regards,
Colin
