I hope hitting you with two pull requests does not create problems. I added the kWh metering to the patch-4 stuff I sent earlier today. Keep in mind that patch-4 fixes some things in Temperature monitoring.
You will probably notice that the kWh stuff can use improvements in handling variables since I'm brute forcing some things with global variables. I'm happy for your better skill at coding if you see things that need cleanup.
The kWh stuff is pretty well tested by me. And I can repeat testing when you get a chance to pull things into the development branch.
