Cleaned up code for Temperature Monitoring and kWh recording. Also improved compatibility with OpenEVSE II, now using the voltmeter in OpenEVSE II. Fixed some minor bugs in Temperature Monitoring, and changed the throttled back currents to 1/2 and then 1/4 of the user's settings instead of arbitrarily 16A and 6A.
I want to fix some display blinking in the Temperature Monitoring still, but the functionality is fully tested and works perfectly as designed.
