German translations #15

Hi there,

great work with your clock - so simple and clean! I added a german translation to the watch and changed the code, so the settings page can be localized as well. Feel free to review and merge!

Absolutely phenomenal stuff :) I especially appreciate the groundwork on standardising i18n so it can be expanded with more locales really easily, this is great!

I've got a few other feature branches in the works, but I'll merge this right away and upload a new build after some testing on my end - thanks for the kind words and hard work!
