LINDAS Workbench is changing blank nodes to named nodes #2

When I import a file in the LINDAS workbench that contains blank nodes LINDAS seems to transform them to named nodes.

I just noticed that not only are they made named nodes but also dereferencing them does not work, which is really highly annoying. Example:

Follow the bnodes there.
