Allow replacing an existing graph on import #7

Currently it is not possible to replace an existing graph when I import triples directly. I have to manually delete the graph, re-create it and upload data again.

I need an option which directly allows me to replace the complete graph.

You mean for the upload of a RDF dump? good idea.
