Bug: Addins should work for for multi-window and notebooks #16

I'm encountering issues when I run code from de-docked editor or select code in an RMarkdown notebook. Debug and fix.

Update: RStudio can't get selected code from a de-docked editor. Notebooks work fine. Closing.
