somehow, independence changes the international Boolean to NO in the
M68AP.plist
change it back to YES will fix that problem.
:) i just answered my own question.

Weird. iNdependence doesn't touch that file. Maybe it's happening during the
1.1.1 upgrade?

just found out that it wasn't iNdependence's fault, they didn't make the
international menu disappear.
All US sold v1.1.1 iPhones comes with the international menu hidden.
