What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ITunes and ITunes Helper Forced Quit
2. Independence 1.2.5 Click "Perform Jailbreak"
3. Restarted Independence and tried again.
4. Restarted computer and tried again... Same result.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
IPhone is supposed to go into restore mode by restarting and is supposed to
become jailbroke. Instead the IPhone restarts, i see the apple logo, then
it stays in the slider unlock window. Independence Jailbreak is still
waiting to become jailbroken. Waiting to jailbreak... IPhone still in
unlock slider window. Independence still waiting to jailbreak (with
jailbreak picture).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IPhone 1.0.2
Modem FW 04.01.13.G
Macbook OSX Leopard 10.5 (with newest update)

Please provide any additional information below.
When i try to jailbreak, the independence jailbreak screen with the (jail
bars) will just sit there. The iphone restarts and i see the apple logo and
then just sits in the unlock slider screen. Then after 10-30 seconds the
screen goes off. Tapping the home button turns on the screen again. Same
screen unlock slider screen. Independence still waiting to jailbreak. At
the bottom of Independence i see FW 1.0.2, Activated, AFC Connected, and
Jailed. I tried restarting Independence (force quit). I tried restarting
the computer. Same results each time. Jailbreak screen will just wait. CPU
usage normal. All cables are connected properly. Batter charged fully. No
other applications running in the background. Itunes and itunes helper
forced quit each time before i begin. HELP PLEASE!?

I'm no Hack expert...but other people are experiencing issues with OSX 10.5...
install OSX 10.4 on an external drive and try again...
