1.1.2 not compatible with turbo sim #343

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. follow all instructions provided
2. Call your phone and let the phone divert to voicemail
3. attempt to make a call using the dialpad or send an SMS - phone boots
you back to home screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Would expect phone to make call or send sms but you are sent back to home
screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I have an iPhone with bootloader 4.6 and a mac 

Please provide any additional information below.

If I downgrade to 1.0.2 phone works perfectly.
