iNdependance crashes when entering DFU mode #347

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Select the Firmware tab and press the Enter DFU Mode button
2. Choose iPhone1,1_1.0.2_1C28_Restore Folder
3. press ok

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output is the success message, instead program crashes (see
attached crash report), iPhone remains in recovery mode - must be restarted
so that iTunes does not report An unknown error occurred (1). When iTunes
is then used to downgrade to either 1.0.2 or 1.1.1 the phone is left in
recovery mode and independence doesn't make or allow any changes when
connected with the updated phone. It does however acknowledge connection
with iPhone in recovery mode.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

iNdependence_v1.3.1

osX v10.5.1

iTunes v7.4

Please provide any additional information below.

itunes daemon is closed

I found the solution! In my case index was on the desktop and not in the
applications folder.

In the end I moved it to the app folder and updated my iTunes to the (then)
latest version and then it all
worked as it was said in the how to's! Have fun:-)
