What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go into Ring Tones
2. The Plus sign is disabled so I can't add a new ring tone.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to click on the plus icon but it is disabled/grayed out

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.2 beta - Same thing happened with 1.3.1.

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm using firmware 1.1.3 on my iphone. Same thing happened with firmware 1.1.2.

If you read the Help documentation regarding firmware 1.1.2 and ringtones, you'll find that it's very easy to sync ringtones over from iTunes (just rename .m4a files to .m4r and add them to your music collection). It's much easier to do it that way rather than using iNdependence and losing ringtones every time you sync with iTunes. That's why the add ringtones button is greyed out and you can't add/remove ringtones from iNdependence when using the 1.1.2 firmware.
