Couldn't remove entry from ~/.ssh/known_host #368

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Activated iPhone 1.0.2 with Independence
2. Trying to do pre firmare update so i can upgrade to 1.1.2
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

keep getting a Couldn't remove entry from  ~/.ssh/known_hosts.  Please edit 
that file by hand 
and remove the line containing your phone's IP address.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Independence 1.3.1, iPhone 1.0.2
