Upgrading to 1.1.1 from 1.0.2 using SimFree #369

I need to know how to upgrade to 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 from 1.0.2 using SimFree.  I am 
using a Mac with 
Leopard 10.5 and iTunes 7.6.  I read that because of SimFree, I may not be able 
to upgrade?  If it is 
not correct, can you let me know how to do it.  I have downloaded both the 
1.1.1 and 1.1.2 back up 
files.
