Independence SSH Install breaks BSD Subsystem; causes connection termination #389

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install SSH/SFTP from Independence
2. Connect via SSH through terminal

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
SSH Connection Terminated

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tested with Mac OS X 10.5.1, 10.5.2
Independence 1.3.2 Beta

on Iphone Firmware 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3 All three show same symptoms

Please provide any additional information below.

The issue is due to the BSD Subsystem Installation breaking.

The solution is to Reinstall the BSD Subsystem.

However, couldn't SSH/SFTP provided with independence be made so it doesn't 
break BSD 
Subsystem when installed?
