iNdependence 1.4beta does not start on PPC/10.4.11 #392

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. copy iNdependence on my HD (on ~/ or everywhere on my HD) 
2. open iNdependence
3. after 1 or 2 bounces iNdependence leave the dock...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
iNdependence does not start

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iNdependence 1.4 beta
MacOS X 10.4.11
iMac G5
