iNDependance fails to download 1.1.2 firmware from behind a firewall / proxy #402

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Be behind a proxy
2. Run Activate in iNdependance
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You end up in text mode screen with no ramdisk

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
If you specify http_proxy=http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:yyy in the top of the 
generateramdisk.sh file, 
it can download.
