SimUnlock is not Found . . . just Waiting #411

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I run SimUnlock (1.4 beta3) and hit SIMUnlock it just keeps trying
to find simUnlock but never does 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
(1.4 beta3)
Firmware 1.1.3
iTunes 7.6.1
