App not opening at all, keeps crashing #417

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. opening the application?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to open. The icon bounces once in the Dock then closes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tried on betas 4 and 5, OS X 10.4.11 PPC Mac

Please provide any additional information below.
Yes, I am running this off of my HD, not the dmg.
