Installer.app not installing #446

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tell iPhone to jailbreak
2. Let the process finish
3. Unlock iPhone, look for Installer.app, notice it is nowhere to be found

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should have seen installer.app. Instead, it is simply not there.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Leopard 10.5.2, iPhone 1.1.4, iNdependence 1.4 beta 5

Please provide any additional information below.
I am really not sure why it doesn't work. It just doesn't. I have many 
Webclips, and 2 
homescreens, if that makes any difference. I did not downgrade the firmware 
before I did this.

iNdependence doesn't install Installer.app automatically.  Take a look at the 
FAQ.
