please, which version of openFOAM is about this project? thanks!

This was a long time ago, and I don't have a submodule. My best suggestion would be to look and see what OpenFOAM version was released before August 2015. Also, there's probably hardly anything of use in this repository...I never got very far with plasma simulations in OpenFOAM. I now use MOOSE instead.

Thanks a lot! I wiil try MOOSE. Can MOOSE simulate the formation of the gas igniton process which is caused by discharge?and can MOOSE plot the figures of the temperature,pressure? best wishes!

MOOSE is a framework. You are responsible for writing your own physics. Note that there are some MOOSE-derived applications that do some plasma simulation (see https://github.com/shannon-lab/zapdos) but they may not be a perfect fit for what you want to study.
