Use Employee Information Form and add webhook to onboard facilitators to RP Platform #14

Decided to stop work on this because it would just make life difficult with duplicates of users which need to be synchronised. We might as well wait for them to log in with their dyslexia.ie name and make that the point at which they are created in the system.

[ ] Add Name, Surname and dyslexia email to dynamodb facilitator table
[ ] If the email is the same then update the record
[ ] If faciliator logs in after being added to dynamo db then link to record using email
