This pull request cleans up the repo by removing the code related to time series clustering, which we are no longer pursuing. It will be in the commit history forever though should we ever need to go back to it :)
Here's what the pipeline looks like now. Note that the blue targets are the WRTDS & gap-filling ones - not currently used and I will likely delete them later. The targets off on their own on the bottom left are the groundwater signature, transmissivity, and depth to water table attributes that are not currently being used.
