Add missing function documentation + log some attributes #61

This PR includes code that adds the missing function documentation AND I added a step that logs the areaCumulativeSqKm and medianFlow attributes for visualization purposes. Unfortunately, the partial dependence rug stopped working for those logged attributes, so that will need to be addressed later.
