Make quality for livestreamer customizable #11

Please add a combobox somewhere where user can choose stream quality. As far as I understand now 'source' quality is set by default

You can choose the default quality in File > Option in Livrestreamer section. Or when you right click on a stream, your can choose the quality on Watch sub-menu.
