Hey,

LINE SDK for Flutter supports starting from API Level 17, so you need to upgrade the minSdkVersion to at least 17.

Good news is that It can be solved via https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/20747

Update to latest version and in app build.gradle adding the following

android { defaultConfig { multiDexEnabled true } }

minSdkVersion 28 (*21 is enough)
